Gear up for summer:

Notice: Expect all easter egg hunts to start promptly.  
Arriving late will likely mean missing the fun!  Kids should bring an Easter
basket or a bag for collecting eggs or treats.

11:00 am sharp! Sun Prairie's annual egg hunt, sponsored by the Sun Prairie Lions Club is for
children ages 7 & under. Attendees must bring a non-perishable food item for admission, which will
be collected and donated to the local food pantry. Grounds will be divided by age group, each child
gets a candy bag, at least one egg, plus each age group will have a special egg containing a prize a
few lucky kids will go home with!

8th Annual Easter Hat Parade - Capitol Square
12:00 - Kids can wear their favorite easter hat, bonnet or make a hat at one of two locations, then
walk in a mini-parade starting at Capitol Kids at 8 S. Carroll St on the Capitol Square.  Gather at
11:45 to participate, or come on by to be entertained by the parade. 10:00 workshops to make a hat
at Capitol Kids or Madison Children's Museum.  A-Z Farms bringing special guest animals in front of
Capitol Kids, starting at 11am.

Capitol Square & Great Dane Activities
10:00am egg hunt, followed by activities at the Great Dane until 11:30am.  The holiday bunny will
start the hunt on the capitol square on the King Street corner. Ages 0-3 get first pick, ages 4-5, then
6-12 yrs. Kids should collect eggs in their own basket or bag & turn them in for a prize bag! Meet after
in the Great Dane's pool hall for a variety of activities, including face painting & balloon sculptures,
and bottle cap decorating with the Madison Children's Museum.
