About the "Confessions of a Real Household" survey: The goal of Preschool Life is to build a community resource for parents raising young children, specifically in the 2 to 6 age range. This age is a crucial time in your life, as a parent to understand who you are, and what kind of parent you want to be, and need to be. Just when you think you're on a roll, baby #2 or #3 come along, and it's like starting all over again. (Now you're learning how to be a parent to two children which is like starting a brand new job - you're a rookie all over again!) We all must pay our dues through this phase of picky eaters, shouting "get to bed" an hour after the lights were out, having a lovely odor permeate our garages from soiled diapers, and adjusting to never leaving the house without a sippy cup. The "confessions of a real household" survey is a little peak inside each other's home, a reminder that all parents who've raised young children belong to this club, even though we may never discuss the "dirty laundry" that we all have. By clicking this link, you'll be forwarded to a survey, where your anonymous responses to approximately 20 questions will be seen and collected by a 3rd party, a trusted site, Survey Monkey. The collective responses from this survey will help determine new topics for this site of the greatest need or interest, and you'll soon get to see how common some of your own "dirty laundry" is - where you don't seem to have it together in your home, it may be refreshing or encouraging to see that you're not alone.
